Rationale
This PICSP required personnel who will work in the PIC Plant where there was a risk existing, and to comply with the PIC procedure, Health, Safety and Environment rules & regulation.
Objectives
At the end of the program participants will be:
• Able to explain applicable legislation and consequences / penalties Pertaining to Health Safety &
Environment regulations.
• Know his/her duty and responsible under the ACT
• Understand the term of accident/Incident/ Near miss causation and percussive measure.
• Able to explain common activities in the oil & gas industry
• Able to identify common hazards, consequences of exposure from the activities.
• Describe the appropriate control measures to eliminate or reduce the risk.
• Able to work safely when working with power hand tools & equipment.
• Able to recognize and comply with the plant safety signage.
• Able to demonstrate and effectively respond when emergency.

The delivery has a balance of lectures, workshops & video presentation to assist participants to interpret the OH requirements in practical situations, together with the questions & answer sessions.
